Introduction | Mobile App Development
Today is our first class of Mobile App Development Course. It is basically orientation. Most of the students do not know programming. So this course is designed for those who want to learn without having any coding background. Therefore, we will start from scratch.
Course Outline
The course outline is simple. We are learning Mobile App Development and we will learn how to develop Android & iOS Mobile Apps. We will use the flutter framework which is a technology. It is a hybrid platform using which we can make Android and iOS apps with a single code. We can give our services on Fiverr/ Upwork or freelancing platforms to make Android and iOS apps. Similarly, we can also use our existing skills such as designing/ marketing/e-commerce, etc. to do well in Mobile App Development. For example, we can design apps and do marketing while making mobile apps on www.fiverr.com
Course Content
There are three things in this course. First is freelancing. It is to make gigs of Mobile App Development and we will understand which services can we offer after learning this course? Then we will learn Dart which is a programming language. It is similar to JavaScript. At the end, we will learn about Flutter which is described earlier and is a platform. We will learn front end and designing mobile screens in this course.
There are many technologies so why flutter?
The big reason is that it is backed by Google and their team is working on it. You obviously know the power of Google. Flutter was introduced back in 2017 and it is the fastest growing platform. We will learn in the coming lectures about flutter vs. other frameworks. There are a lot of jobs related to flutter in the market and less competition. So without a doubt, it will be very beneficial for us In Sha Allah.
Can we learn Mobile App Development with no programming background?
Yes, why not? If we are blank and don’t have a background in programming even then we can learn Mobile App Development but it is to remember that we need to give at least 4-5 hours daily. Moreover, after the course, we also need to give 2 months to have full command. If we can only spend only 1-2 hours occasionally then this course is not for us. Every concept is dependent on previous concepts so it is very important to learn sequentially. In the start we will learn some theory then we will do coding in almost all classes.
It has less competition and there are fewer people in the market who know how to work on Mobile App Development. There is no compulsion of programming background. From any field, a person can learn this course. Dedication & patience is very important in this regard.
Conclusion
You need to take classes on a regular basis. If we are inconsistent then it is very difficult to understand concepts in the coming classes. So punctuality is important and try to understand each and every concept. It is a good time to decide now about your freelancing career in Mobile App Development until it’s too late !!
