The Life of an Old Age Lady is Shown in 20 Humorous Cartoons

Let us discuss the unexpected path of creativity that usually starts at any given age. Meet an artist who came to painting and art later in life, at a time when she probably never even thought that this is what she wanted to do. Imagine this: a frail and hunched over woman, she could be anyone from the woman walking her dog in the park to the lady who checks out at the grocery store. For eighty-two years she had lived a full life rearing children and retiring from her job as a homemaker. The days were boring, she spent her time thinking and doing ordinary things. But what she didn’t know was that her greatest idea was still to be born.

Old Woman Humor

This woman never looked at herself as an artist. She was a mother, a grandmother, and a very important person in her family’s life, the family’s hub, but art was something she liked in other people and never in herself. She raised children, cleaned, tended to the needs of the family, and told jokes while serving tea. She was the kind of person who could always make something of a situation and tell a funny story about it, like burning a pie or leaving her door unlocked. Her family cherished her for her humor, but she did not think that such freedom of speech could extend to anyone else.

That is until her grandchildren gave her a tablet for her birthday on a certain day. The plan was to be able to communicate with her, send messages and possibly even use video calls. The smooth gadget seemed alien to her and the apps and the notifications were a mystery to her. It was just so confusing for her to use this new piece of technology that she simply started drawing on it to at least do something. He began with simple sketches and not very detailed. But one day, she pulled herself, slouched over the tablet, and straining her eyes at the screen. When she presented the cartoon to her family they laughed at it.
